This alcohol, oil and silicone-free toner, is rich with Zinc PSA and Witch Hazel to prevent serious oil from developing beneath the skin where it can cause acne. Our NEW formulation includes ProVitamin B5 to protect and help the skin to retain its moisture levels and shield it from irritation. The healing original properties of Niacinamide and Rose Extract are extremely effective in reducing and healing scar damage caused by acne and inflammation.

Directions: After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water. Follow with appropriate protective treatment for skin type.
