  • Order processing can take up to 3 business days
  • We ship Mondays-Saturdays with the exception of holidays

IN-STORE PICKUP

Live near by? You will have an option at checkout to pick up in store! We will send you an email letting you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders made on Saturdays or Sundays will start processing the next Monday. Please wait for email confirmation before arriving in person. After notified we will hold your order for you and can be picked up during our normal business hours:

        • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm
        • Wednesday and Saturday 9am-5pm

OUR RETURN POLICY

There are no refunds, but you can return any topical skincare product within 14 days (with your receipt) for a store credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have more than 30 products, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product. Supplements are not returnable.

Directions to ship back returned item:

Carefully package your returned products in the same box you received. 

Be sure to include:

1. Receipt (original or copy) - required

2. Preferred email address,

3. Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)
